Our philosophy

We've been managers, advisors, and high-level ICs helping build teams at companies like Facebook, Github, Shopify, Linear, Anthropic, and Webflow. We know how much talent falls through the cracks, and have build this tool with a set of principles that we've developed and seen deliver good results.

Look for reasons to say yes. Every interviewer defaults to pattern-matching for red flags, and it's easy to say no or get "maybe" decisions that make the final debrief difficult to resolve. Instead, focus your interviews on finding green flags.

  3. Queue up candidates for interviews, and our scheduling tool helps you play tetris with everyone's availability.
  4. Integrate with your team's slack channel to include your entire team in the screening process.
  5. Import your notes after each interview, and we'll help you find the highlights. Our scheduler always adds 15 minutes after each interview to ensure you have time.
  6. (Optional) Connect to your tools to set the candidate up for a successful work trial.
  7. Run your debrief with our generated agenda that highlights discussion points and the green flags found.
